Due to public interest, the Baiquan Subdistrict Office of the People's Government of Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, plans to expropriate land and houses within the scope of the Baiquan DuGongnan Area Urban Renewal Project. The state-owned land, buildings, and attached facilities of Wuhan Huisheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") located at No. 218 Zhangbai Road, Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, are within the expropriation scope. These will be demolished by the Baiquan Subdistrict Office of the People's Government of Dongxihu District, Wuhan City (hereinafter referred to as the "Baiquan Subdistrict Office"), and the Company will receive monetary compensation (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction"). According to the "Baiquan DuGongnan Area Urban Renewal Project House Expropriation and Compensation Plan," combined with the actual situation of on-site measurement and appraisal, the Company will sign a "House Expropriation and Compensation Agreement" with the government regarding specific compensation matters.

This expropriation and relocation matter was reviewed and approved at the ninth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors held on June 12, 2026. In accordance with the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the "Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations, this matter does not require submission to the Company's shareholders' meeting for approval.

Due to public interest, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Expropriation of Houses and Compensation on State-Owned Land," the "Implementation Measures for the Expropriation of Houses and Compensation on State-Owned Land in Hubei Province," and the "Implementation Measures for the Expropriation of Houses and Compensation on State-Owned Land in Wuhan City," and other relevant regulations, the People's Government of Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, plans to expropriate land and houses within the scope of the Baiquan DuGongnan Area Urban Renewal Project. The state-owned land, buildings, and attached facilities of the Company located at No. 218 Zhangbai Road, Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, are within the expropriation scope.
