1. Overview of Guarantees
Wuhan Huisheng Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its fourth board meeting on February 4, 2026. At the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on February 25, 2026, the Company reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the guarantee amount for the Company and its subsidiaries in 2026. The total amount of guarantees for financial institutions shall not exceed RMB 120 million (in total), and the Company will provide guarantees for its subsidiaries not exceeding RMB 60 million. The Company has implemented strict control measures, and Ms. Zhang Wei serves as the person responsible for the Company's guarantees. The above guarantees are valid for 12 months. 2. Guarantee Progress
Recently, the Company signed a "Guarantee Agreement" with Huabei Agricultural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. The Company will provide a guarantee of RMB 10 million for Huabei Huisheng Biological Technology Co., Ltd. in its application for a loan from the bank.
