Based on the Company's total share capital of 271,741,053 shares as of December 31, 2025, the Company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 0.92 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling RMB 25,000,176.88 (tax inclusive).
