(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its twelfth meeting of the fourth board of directors on June 21, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Revising the Articles of Association Applicable After the Company's H-Share Offering and Listing." This proposal is within the scope of authorization granted to the board of directors by the fourth interim shareholders' meeting in 2025 and does not require submission to the shareholders' meeting for deliberation. For the purpose of offering and listing shares overseas (H shares) and applying for listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Offering and Listing"), in accordance with domestic and foreign laws, regulations, and normative documents, or the requirements and suggestions of relevant domestic and foreign government departments and regulatory authorities, as well as the actual situation of the Offering and Listing, the Company has revised the draft Articles of Association applicable after the Offering and Listing based on the modification opinions of the Hong Kong regulatory authorities and the business scope applicable to the current A-share Articles of Association.
