Chengdu Dahongli Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") provided a guarantee for its customer Renshou Chuansen Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Renshou Chuansen") in its application for online supply chain "e-Distribution" financing services from the Dayi Branch of China Construction Bank Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "CCB Dayi Branch"), with a total guarantee amount of RMB 17.5 million. On August 10, 2026, the Company received a "Financing Overdue Notice" from CCB Dayi Branch, stating that Renshou Chuansen's debt has matured and it has failed to fulfill its repayment obligations under the "Online Supply Chain RMB Loan Agreement." The outstanding amount is RMB 10,299,447.88, and CCB Dayi Branch requests the Company to assist in strengthening debt collection and disposal.
