I. Suspension of Trading and Work Arrangements
Anhui Blue Shield Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is planning to issue shares and pay cash to purchase assets, and raise supporting funds. As certain matters are still uncertain, to protect investor interests and avoid significant impact on the Company's securities trading, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, upon the Company's application, the Company's shares (Securities Abbreviation: Blue Shield Optoelectronics, Securities Code: 300862) will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of trading on July 27, 2026.
The Company expects to disclose the transaction plan within 10 trading days, i.e., disclose relevant information by August 10, 2026, in accordance with the "Information Disclosure and Formatting Standards for Publicly Issued Securities Companies No. 26 - Major Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies."
If the Company cannot convene a board meeting to review and disclose the transaction plan within the aforementioned period, the Company's securities will resume trading at the opening of trading on August 10, 2026, and the planning of relevant matters will be terminated.
