Announcement on the Change of Company's Chief Financial Officer

I. Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
The Board of Directors of Fengshang Culture Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the written resignation report from Mr. Li Yong, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. According to Article 26 of the "Supervision Regulations for Listed Company Secretaries" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company Secretary shall not concurrently hold the positions of manager, deputy manager in charge of business operations, or financial officer. To regulate the Company's appointment and duty arrangements, Mr. Li Yong has applied to resign from his position as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Li Yong's original term as Chief Financial Officer was scheduled to expire on August 1, 2027. After resigning from the position of Chief Financial Officer, he will continue to serve as the Company Secretary. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Normative Operation Guidelines for Listed Companies on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," Mr. Li Yong's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Li Yong has completed the work handover in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations, and his resignation as Chief Financial Officer will not affect the orderly progress of the Company's daily operations.
