Announcement on the Progress of the Company's Use of Idle Self-owned Funds for Cash Management
Zhonglan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 13th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors on January 15, 2026, and approved the proposal regarding the use of idle self-owned funds for cash management. To improve the efficiency of idle funds and reasonably utilize funds to obtain better investment returns, the Company agreed to use no more than 450 million yuan (including principal) of idle self-owned funds for cash management, ensuring the safety and liquidity of funds and not affecting the Company's daily operations. The usage period is within one year from the date of the Board's approval. The funds for cash management can be used in a rolling manner within the above period and limit.
