Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm
Sihui Fushi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Lixin") as the annual report audit institution for 2025. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the Company has evaluated Lixin's performance for the 2025 audit, the details of which are as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
(I) Qualification Conditions
The name of the accounting firm is Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). The registered address is the fourth floor, No. 61 Nanjing East Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. The chief partner is Zhu Jiandi. Lixin is a member of the international accounting network BDO, has long been engaged in securities services, held securities and futures business licenses before the implementation of the new Securities Law, and has H-share audit qualifications. It has also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the United States.
As of the end of 2025, Lixin had 300 partners, 2,523 certified public accountants, and a total of 9,933 employees. Among them, 802 certified public accountants have signed audit reports for securities services. Lixin's business revenue in 2025 (unaudited) was RMB 5.00 billion, of which audit business revenue was RMB 3.672 billion and securities business revenue was RMB 1.505 billion. In 2025, Lixin provided annual report audit services to 770 listed companies, with total audit fees of RMB 0.916 billion. It served 102 listed companies in the same industry.
