I. Overview
According to the "2025 Annual Audit Report" issued by Dahua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership), as of December 31, 2025, the Company's consolidated financial statements showed undistributed profits of -793,823,740.93 yuan, statutory surplus reserve of 26,144,476.01 yuan, and paid-in capital of 502,896,016.00 yuan. The amount of unrecognized losses has exceeded one-third of the total paid-in capital.
