Shenzhen Bestek Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the nineteenth meeting of the third Board of Directors on April 24, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board." The details are hereby announced as follows:
I. Regarding the Appointment of Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations, upon nomination by Chairman and General Manager Mr. Xiao Ping, and after qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Board, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Wang Wenyu (for resume, please refer to the appendix) as the Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board. His term of office shall commence from the date of approval by this Board meeting until the expiration of the term of the third Board of Directors.
