Report on the Evaluation of the Performance of the Accounting Firm in 2025 and the Report on the Audit Committee's Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," the "Administrative Measures for the Selection and Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-regulatory Management Guide No. 2 - Normative Operation of GEM Listed Companies," Shandong Dongyue Organosilicon Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has, with the principle of diligence and responsibility, conscientiously fulfilled its duties. The Audit Committee of the Board of Directors hereby reports on the performance of the accounting firm in 2025 and the supervision of the accounting firm by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors as follows:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Rongsheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Rongsheng Firm") was formerly known as Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). It was initially established in August 1988 and was restructured into a special general partnership on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms in China approved to engage in securities service business and has been engaged in securities service business for a long time. Its registered address is Units 1001-1 to 1001-26, 10th Floor, Building 1, Fuchengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Liu Wei. As of December 31, 2025, Rongsheng Certified Public Accountants had 233 partners and 1507 certified public accountants, of whom 856 had signed audit reports for securities services.
