Situation of the Profit Distribution Plan

The Company convened a shareholders' meeting on May 19, 2026, to discuss the 2025 annual profit distribution plan. The plan proposes a total profit distribution of 149,205,000 shares, with a cash dividend of 1.35 yuan per share (after tax). The Company will not change the distribution plan unless there are significant changes in the Company's operating conditions.
