I. Contract Signing Situation
Jiangxi Nepstar Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently signed a "Slurry Pump and Hydrocyclone Supply Contract" with Aidarly Mining LLP (hereinafter referred to as "Aidarly Mining") of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to provide Aidarly Mining with mining equipment such as slurry pumps and hydrocyclones, as well as wear-resistant spare parts.
The above contract is a framework contract for daily operations, and the Company has completed the internal approval procedures for signing the contract. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the "Measures for the Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies," and does not require submission to the Company's Board of Directors or Shareholders' Meeting for deliberation.
