Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Haitong", "Sponsor" or "this Sponsor") has accepted the engagement by EIT Environmental Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EIT", "the Company" or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for EIT's issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified qualified investors (hereinafter referred to as "this Issuance"). Dai Shuifeng and Zhang Guiyang are the designated sponsor representatives responsible for this recommendation, and they have issued this listing sponsorship letter for the listing of the convertible bonds.
This Sponsor and the sponsor representatives have acted in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of Securities Issuance and Listing Sponsorship Business, the Measures for the Administration of Securities Issuance and Registration of Listed Companies (Trial), the Listing Rules for Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, and the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
