(I) Due Diligence and Recommendation Phase
During the period of recommending Zhongfu Circuit's issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified objects, the Sponsor, Ping An Securities, actively coordinated with various intermediary institutions in the securities issuance and listing process. In accordance with laws, regulations, and the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Ping An Securities conducted due diligence on Zhongfu Circuit and coordinated the preparation for the issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified objects. This included organizing the compilation of application documents and issuing the Due Diligence Report, the Sponsorship Work Report, and the Sponsorship Letter.
