Great Wall Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Sponsor" or "Great Wall Securities") accepts the entrustment of Zhejiang Tailin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tailin Bio" or "the Company") to act as the sponsor for its issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified investors. The Sponsor and the sponsoring representatives have prepared this issuance sponsorship letter in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for the Sponsorship of Securities Issuance and Listing, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Rules for Listing of Stocks on the Growth Enterprise Market, and other relevant laws, regulations, and provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, ensuring honesty, diligence, and compliance with established business rules, industry practices, and ethical standards. The definitions of terms used in this issuance sponsorship letter are consistent with those in the "Prospectus for the Issuance of Convertible Corporate Bonds by Zhejiang Tailin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. to Unspecified Investors."
