(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration" (Announcement No. 2025-003) and the "Announcement on Progress of Important Contracts for Daily Operations" (Announcement No. 2025-004) on January 22, 2025, on the Juchao Information Network; disclosed the "Announcement on Litigation Progress of Important Contracts for Daily Operations" (Announcement No. 2025-046) on July 16, 2025; disclosed the "Announcement on Litigation Progress of Important Contracts for Daily Operations" (Announcement No. 2025-047) on July 21, 2025; and disclosed the "Announcement on Litigation Progress of Important Contracts for Daily Operations" (Announcement No. 2025-054) on October 29, 2025. For litigation involving a single case amount of RMB 10 million (inclusive) or more, the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Yitian Semiconductor Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yitian Semiconductor") and Jiangsu Chuangyue Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Chuangyue"), and Hebei Guangxing Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hebei Guangxing") have disclosed the litigation status of important contracts for daily operations (hereinafter referred to as "this contract litigation").
Yitian Semiconductor received the "Civil Judgment" (2025) Yue 0306 Min Chu No. 44228 from the Shenzhen Bao'an District People's Court and the "Execution Order" (2025) Jing 0102 Zhi No. 9544 from the Xicheng District People's Court of Beijing. In accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Stock Listing Rules," the progress of this contract litigation and litigation involving single cases of RMB 10 million (inclusive) or more are hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of This Contract Litigation
(I) Case related to (2025) Yue 0306 Min Chu No. 44228
On May 25, 2023, Yitian Semiconductor signed the "Equipment Purchase Contract" with Jiangsu Chuangyue, with a total equipment amount of RMB 42 million (including tax). After the signing of the contract order, the Company actively fulfilled its contractual obligations and strived to promote related cooperation matters. Since Jiangsu Chuangyue failed to fully perform its obligations under the "Equipment Purchase Contract," in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and its shareholders, the Company and Yitian Semiconductor filed a lawsuit with the Shenzhen Bao'an District People's Court.
