I. Overview of Outward Investment
In accordance with the company's development strategy, Jiangsu Stidick New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will invest RMB 10 million of its own funds to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Stidick (Shanghai) New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" and the "Articles of Association" and other relevant regulations, this outward investment has not reached the standard for board of directors' review and does not require board of directors' review.
