| Restricted Stock, Type II Restricted Stock | A-share common stock of the Company obtained and registered by the incentive targets in batches according to the vesting arrangements of this Incentive Plan after meeting the corresponding vesting conditions |

| Grant Date | The date on which the Company grants Type II restricted stock to the incentive targets; the grant date must be a trading day |
| Grant Price | The price at which the Company grants each share of Type II restricted stock to the incentive targets |
| Validity Period | From the grant date of the Type II restricted stock until the date when all Type II restricted stock granted to the incentive targets is vested or invalidated |
| Vesting | The act of the Company handling share registration for incentive targets after meeting the benefit conditions |
| Vesting Conditions | The benefit conditions that must be met for the Company to handle share registration for incentive targets |
| Vesting Date | The date on which the Company completes share registration for incentive targets after meeting the benefit conditions; the vesting date must be a trading day |
