According to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Management Measures for the Appointment of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Standardized Operations of Growth Enterprise Market Listed Companies," and the articles of association of Guangdong Southern New Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), as well as the "Working Rules of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee" and "Measures for the Appointment of Accounting Firms," the Audit Committee of the Company's Board of Directors has diligently fulfilled its supervisory responsibilities regarding the audit work of Si Nong Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Si Nong Firm") for the year 2025. 1. Basic Information of the Audit Firm for 2025
Si Nong Firm was established on November 25, 2020, and on December 9 of the same year, it received approval from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance (Yue Cai Sui Han [2020] No. 27) to obtain the "Accounting Firm Practice Certificate." On December 31 of the same year, Si Nong Firm was registered with the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission to engage in securities service business. The registered address of Si Nong Firm is Room 704-2, No. 6 Xing Sha Road, Nansha Street, Nansha District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. As of December 31, 2025, Si Nong Firm had 436 employees, 36 partners, 176 certified public accountants, and 92 certified public accountants who had signed audit reports for securities service business.
