1. Basic Information of the Drug
SYS6043 is a novel B7-H3 targeted ADC with a payload of topoisomerase I inhibitor, a drug-antibody ratio (DAR) of approximately 6, utilizing Fcγ receptor effect silencing design and cleavable linkers, aimed at enhancing anti-tumor activity while reducing off-target toxicity. B7-H3 is widely expressed in various tumors but is almost not expressed in normal tissues. The study results indicate that SYS6043 is expected to become a treatment option for multiple tumor types.
