Among them: 2 shareholders voted on-site, representing 1,048,645,506 shares (75.3017%); 336 shareholders voted online, representing 111,621,537 shares (8.0154%). This meeting complies with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, and the Articles of Association, and is legally valid.
