(1) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Position
I, Gao Shengping, male, born in 1966, from China, have no permanent residence abroad. I graduated from Central South University with a degree in political science and law. I served as a teacher at Hunan University from 1986 to 1991, then worked at the Hunan Provincial Government from August 1991 to August 1993. From 1996 to July 1999, I worked at China National Coal Group Corporation. I have held various legal positions since 2002 and have been a professor at a university since July 2004. I have been an independent director of Mianrui Medical since May 18, 2023.
