Sinochem Kangcheng holds 214,597,333 shares of the company (approximately 11.68% of the company's total share capital). Within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (May 27, 2026), it plans to reduce its shareholding by no more than 16,842,600 shares (0.92% of the company's total share capital) through legal methods recognized by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, such as centralized bidding and block trading.
