I. Contract Signing Situation
Robotech Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary ficonTEC Service GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "ficonTEC"), signed a major daily operations contract with its counterparty, a subsidiary of Company H, a company listed on the NYSE. The contract, signed on July 23, 2026, is for approximately €16.74 million (excluding tax, equivalent to RMB 129 million). This order is for automated manufacturing equipment and services for mass production of optical components such as fiber array (FAU), accounting for approximately 13.59% of the Company's audited operating income for 2025, reaching the disclosure standard for major daily operating contracts voluntarily disclosed by the Company.
