(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held its seventh meeting of the fourth board of directors on March 27, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal regarding the reappointment of Crowe Horwath (Special General Partnership) as the audit institution for the Company for the fiscal year 2026.
