We have been entrusted to perform a reasonable assurance engagement on the attached Special Report on the Management and Actual Use of Raised Funds for 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Special Report") prepared by Robotech Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Robotech"). The Special Report was prepared in accordance with the "Regulations on the Supervision of Raised Funds by Listed Companies" and the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Standardized Operations of Growth Enterprise Market Listed Companies." It is the responsibility of Robotech's board of directors to ensure that the content is true, accurate, and complete, with no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions. Our responsibility is to provide a verification conclusion based on the engagement performed.
We planned and performed the verification work in accordance with the "Standards for Other Assurance Engagements No. 3101 - Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information" to obtain reasonable assurance that the Special Report for 2025 is free from material misstatement. During the verification process, we implemented necessary procedures including understanding, inquiry, sampling, and verification based on Robotech's actual situation. We believe that our verification work provides a reasonable basis for our conclusion.
