We have been entrusted to conduct a special verification of the attached "Robotech Company 2025 Revenue Deduction Situation Table and Explanation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Revenue Deduction Situation Table") based on the audit of Robotech Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Robotech Company") consolidated and company balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, consolidated and company income statements, consolidated and company cash flow statements, consolidated and company statements of changes in shareholders' equity, and notes to the financial statements.
According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as the "Listing Rules") and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling" (hereinafter referred to as the "Self-Regulatory Guidelines"), the preparation of the Revenue Deduction Situation Table, ensuring its content is true, accurate, and complete, and that there are no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions is the responsibility of Robotech Company's management.
