1. Construction Content and Business Prospects
This project will focus on the R&D and industrialization of cultural tourism and entertainment robots in Zhongshan City. The total planned investment for the project is RMB 45,433.75 million, with RMB 34,898.80 million to be funded by raised funds. The construction period is 36 months.
Upon project completion, the Company will engage in the application development, system integration, and scenario-based delivery of robot products for cultural tourism and entertainment scenarios. The core content includes:
① Cultural Tourism and Entertainment Robot Application R&D Center: This center will focus on core technologies such as context-aware interaction design, multimodal perception fusion, and scenario-based behavior orchestration for humanoid robots in cultural tourism scenarios. It will also involve secondary development of general-purpose robot bodies for cultural tourism and entertainment scenarios (including appearance theme design, interaction content customization, safety strategy optimization, and scenario path planning), as well as training and iterative upgrades for cultural tourism and entertainment robots.
② Cultural Tourism and Entertainment Robot Integrated Production Base: This base will undertake the production of complete machines, scenario-specific structural components (such as outer shells, theme packaging, and bionic faces), and the integration of cultural tourism scenarios (linking with existing amusement projects, audio-visual systems, and digital content in scenic areas). This will ultimately enable the scenario-based delivery of various types of cultural tourism and entertainment robots, including those for services, guidance, companionship, and performance, as well as bionic robots. These robots will cater to the diverse needs of theme parks, scenic spots, cinemas, and commercial complexes, helping the Company build a new generation of cultural tourism equipment with "Cultural IP + Technology Carrier" and strengthen its core advantage of empowering the cultural tourism industry with "Culture + Technology."
