Announcement on the 2026 Interim Dividend Plan

Important Notice:
(I) Distribution Ratio: A cash dividend of RMB 14.11 per 10 shares (tax inclusive) will be distributed. In the first half of 2026, the Company will not implement capital reserve to bonus share conversion or bonus share distribution.
(II) This interim dividend distribution will be based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution registration date, excluding the shares held in the Company's repurchase account. The equity distribution registration date will be specified in a subsequent implementation announcement.
(III) This interim dividend plan has been reviewed and approved by the 18th Board of Directors meeting of the fourth session. According to the authorization of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, this interim dividend plan does not require submission to the Company's general meeting of shareholders for approval.
I. Deliberation Procedures
(I) CATL NEW ENERGY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 3, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Authorizing the Board of Directors to Formulate the <2026 Interim Dividend Plan>". To further enhance investor returns and simplify the interim dividend process, the Company's general meeting of shareholders agreed to authorize the Board of Directors to formulate the 2026 interim dividend plan. The conditions for the dividend distribution are that the Company's net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the current period is positive, and the accumulated undistributed profit is also positive; and the Company's cash flow can meet the funding needs for normal operations and sustainable development. Under the condition of meeting the aforementioned dividend distribution, the dividend amount shall not exceed 15% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company in the current period.
