Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces the completion of the third phase of green technology innovation bond issuance for 2026.
On March 9, 2026, the Company held the 14th meeting of the 2025 Board of Directors, which approved the issuance of bonds not exceeding RMB 400 million (including RMB 400 million) and authorized the Company to register and issue the bonds in accordance with legal procedures.
On April 23, 2026, the Company received a notice from the China Banking Regulatory Commission regarding the registration of the green technology innovation bonds, which are registered with a total amount of RMB 400 million.
