I. Overview of Redemption
From June 22, 2026, to July 13, 2026, Shuiyang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") met the condition that the closing price of its stock was not less than 130% of the current conversion price on at least fifteen trading days within any consecutive thirty trading days, triggering the conditional redemption clause in the "Prospectus for the Issuance of Convertible Corporate Bonds to Unspecified Objects and Listing on the GEM Board" (hereinafter referred to as the "Prospectus") for "Shuiyang Convertible Bonds".
