Supplementary Legal Opinion (VI)
1. Overview
This supplementary legal opinion is issued by Jiangsu Century Tongren Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm") at the request of Jiangsu Tianchang Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") regarding the Issuer's initial public offering and listing on the Growth Enterprise Market (hereinafter referred to as "this Offering and Listing"). The Firm has previously issued several legal opinions and reports related to this Offering and Listing.
2. Verification of Shareholders
The Firm has verified the specific circumstances of individual shareholders who acquired shares after October 2009. The verification includes the names, birth dates, number of shares held, shareholding ratios, acquisition times, prices, and whether they are employees of the company. The verification process involved reviewing corporate records, employee contracts, and social security payment records, as well as interviews with non-employee shareholders.
