I. Adjustment of Company Organizational Structure
To further improve the company's governance structure, enhance overall operational and management efficiency, and clarify responsibilities, combined with the company's strategic development plan and actual operating conditions, the existing organizational structure has been adjusted and optimized. This organizational structure adjustment is an adjustment to the company's internal management departments and will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation activities. The adjusted company organizational chart is shown in the appendix.
