Special Reminder:
- Shenzhen Jiejia Weichuang New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will not distribute the 840,100 shares held in the repurchase special securities account in this equity distribution. The 2025 annual equity distribution plan is based on the existing total share capital of 348,292,006 shares, excluding the repurchased shares, resulting in a base of 347,451,906 shares. A cash dividend of 12 RMB (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling approximately 416,942,287.20 RMB (including tax).
- When calculating the ex-dividend price after this equity distribution, the amount of cash dividend per 10 shares (including tax) will be calculated as follows:
Cash Dividend Amount (including tax) = Total Cash Dividend ÷ Total Share Capital × 10
= 416,942,287.20 RMB / 348,292,006 shares × 10 shares = 11.971055 RMB (retaining six decimal places, with the last digit truncated, not rounded).
The reference price for the ex-dividend date after this equity distribution will be the closing price on the trading day before the ex-dividend date minus 1.1971055 RMB/share.
The 2025 annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting held on May 19, 2026. The details of the equity distribution are as follows:
