On July 31, 2026, Yipin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), through its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Yipin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yipin Pharmaceutical"), and Guangzhou Lianrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lianrui Pharmaceutical"), participated in the bidding for the 12th National Centralized Drug Procurement organized by the National Joint Procurement Office for Drugs.
