I, Liao Yigang, born in 1977, of Chinese nationality, hold a doctorate, and am a professor and doctoral supervisor without foreign residency rights. I have previously served as an independent director for Jiangxi Salt Industry Group Co., Ltd., Huawai Design Group Co., Ltd., and Nanjing Yinfly Storage Equipment Co., Ltd. Currently, I am a professor at the Accounting School of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, a member of the university's Academic Committee, a special researcher at the Chinese Government Auditing Research Center, and an expert reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation and the National Social Science Fund. During my tenure as an independent director, I have not held any position other than that of independent director within the company or its major shareholders, ensuring no relationships that could hinder my independent judgment.
