Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm for 2025
Jiangxi Xinyu Guoke Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") appointed Zhongshen Zhonghuan Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshen Zhonghuan") as the auditing institution for the Company’s 2025 fiscal year. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the Company evaluated the performance of Zhongshen Zhonghuan during the audit process. The evaluation concluded that Zhongshen Zhonghuan's qualifications are compliant and effective, the allocation of audit personnel is reasonable, and they maintained independence, diligence, and responsibility, providing fair opinions and fulfilling the responsibilities of an auditing institution. Zhongshen Zhonghuan Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) was established in 1987, with its headquarters located in Wuhan and a management headquarters in Beijing. It is one of the earliest large Chinese brand accounting firms engaged in high-end services such as securities, futures, finance, and state-owned enterprises. In addition to its headquarters in Wuhan, Zhongshen Zhonghuan has 36 branches in more than 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across the country, as well as in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Its comprehensive strength has consistently ranked among the top ten Chinese brand accounting firms for many years. As of December 31, 2025, Zhongshen Zhonghuan has over 5,000 employees, including 237 partners and 1,306 certified public accountants, of which 723 have signed audit reports for securities services.
