The case of alleged information disclosure violations by the Company and its actual controller, 褚一凡, has been investigated and concluded by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Receiving the Notice of Filing a Case by the China Securities Regulatory Commission Regarding the Company and its Actual Controller" (Announcement Number: 2026-029) disclosed by the Company on the Juchao Information Network on March 19, 2026. The Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau intends to impose administrative penalties on the Company, its actual controller Ms. 褚一凡, General Manager Mr. 雷心跃, former Director Mr. 张庆峰, and former Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Ms. 李会, in accordance with the law.
