On June 3, 2026, the Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province (hereinafter referred to as the "Dongguan Intermediate Court") decided to conduct pre-restructuring for Guangdong Quanwei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Quanwei Technology" or "the Company") and appointed Guangdong Shangguan Law Firm as the pre-restructuring administrator (hereinafter referred to as the "Pre-Restructuring Administrator"). For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Receiving Pre-Restructuring Notice and Appointing Pre-Restructuring Administrator" (2026-063) disclosed by the Company on the Juchao Information Network.
To smoothly advance the Company's pre-restructuring and restructuring work, effectively resolve the debt crisis, and protect the fair claims of creditors, the Pre-Restructuring Administrator, in accordance with the "Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Pre-Restructuring Case Work Guide (Trial)" of the Intermediate People's Court of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, and relevant laws and regulations, and in conjunction with the Company's actual situation and pre-restructuring work arrangements, has decided to publicly recruit restructuring investors for Quanwei Technology.
