Issuance Sponsorship Letter
Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Haitong," "Guotai Haitong Securities," or "Sponsor") has been entrusted by Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Increase Technology," "the Company," or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for Increase Technology's private placement of shares and listing on the ChiNext board (hereinafter referred to as "this Project"). Wang Zhiqiang and Zhang Guiyang are the designated sponsoring representatives responsible for recommending this Project. We hereby issue this Issuance Sponsorship Letter to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE").
The Sponsor and its designated sponsoring representatives, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuances by Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") and the SZSE, have acted in good faith, diligently, and responsibly. We have strictly followed the legally established business rules, industry practice standards, and ethical codes in issuing this Issuance Sponsorship Letter and guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information provided.
Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this Issuance Sponsorship Letter shall have the same meanings as in the "Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd. Private Placement of Shares and Listing on the ChiNext Board Prospectus."
