Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Junan," "Guotai Junan Securities," or "Sponsor") accepts the entrustment of Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Increase," "Company," or "Issuer") to act as the sponsor for Increase's stock issuance to specific objects (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance"). Wang Zhiqiang and Zhang Guiyang are designated as the specific responsible sponsoring representatives for this stock issuance. The Sponsor and the sponsoring representatives have issued this listing sponsorship letter in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "Securities Law"), the Administrative Measures for the Sponsorship of Securities Issuance and Listing (hereinafter referred to as "Sponsorship Management Measures"), the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as "Registration Management Measures"), and the relevant regulations of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"). The Sponsor guarantees that the documents issued are true, accurate, and complete.
