Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. on Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd.'s Stock Issuance to Specific Objects and Listing on the ChiNext
Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Junan" or "the Sponsor") has accepted the commission from Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Increase" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for the Company's issuance of shares to specific objects and listing on the ChiNext (hereinafter referred to as "this project"). Wang Zhiqiang and Zhang Guiyang are designated as the responsible sponsoring representatives. This letter serves as the issuance sponsorship letter to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE").
The Sponsor and designated sponsoring representatives have conducted the issuance sponsorship in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), and the relevant laws, regulations, and provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and SZSE. They have acted with honesty and diligence, strictly following the business rules, industry practices, and ethical standards established by law, and guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the documents provided. Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this issuance sponsorship letter have the same meanings as those in the "Prospectus for the Issuance of Shares to Specific Objects and Listing on the ChiNext by Shenzhen Increase Technology Co., Ltd."
