Overview of External Guarantees
On April 25, 2025, the Company held the second meeting of the fourth board of directors and the second meeting of the fourth board of supervisors, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the estimated external guarantee limit. The Company agreed to provide a guarantee for its controlling subsidiary, Sichuan Yuneng Water Conservancy and Electric Power Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sichuan Yuneng"), with a guarantee limit not exceeding RMB 10 million. The guarantee methods include but are not limited to joint liability guarantees, performance guarantees, mortgage guarantees, and pledge guarantees. This matter was approved by the Company's annual general meeting held on May 20, 2025.
