Jucan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 16th meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on March 20, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointment of the Company's External Audit Institution." The Company intends to re-appoint Jincheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jincheng CPAs") as the Company's auditor for the 2026 annual report. This matter has been reviewed by the Company's Audit Committee and has obtained its explicit consent, and it is subject to the approval of the Company's 2025 annual general meeting. I. Explanation of the Proposed Appointment of Accounting Firm
The Company proposes to appoint Jincheng CPAs as the auditor for the 2026 annual report. This firm provided annual report audit services for the Company in 2025 and has not violated the independence requirements of the "Code of Professional Ethics for Certified Public Accountants of China." It implements integrated management, has established a relatively sound quality control system, has long been engaged in securities service business, and its auditors possess strong professional competence. Since its establishment, the firm has not been subject to any criminal or administrative penalties, has purchased professional liability insurance, and has strong investor protection capabilities. Therefore, it is proposed to appoint this audit institution to provide audit services for the Company's 2026 annual report.
