As an independent director of Jucan Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have strictly adhered to the provisions of the Company Law, Securities Law, Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, and the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 2—Standardized Operations of GEM Listed Companies, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association and the Independent Director Work System during my tenure. I have prudently, diligently, and earnestly exercised the rights granted by law, actively attended relevant meetings, fulfilled my responsibilities as an independent director, and safeguarded the interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders.
On November 26, 2025, I was elected as a new independent director at the Company’s third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. I currently serve as the independent director, chairman of the Board's Compensation and Assessment Committee, a member of the Board's Audit Committee, and a member of the Board's Nomination Committee. I, Shi Weili, was born in April 1954, hold Chinese nationality, and do not have permanent residency abroad. I have a college degree. I have previously served as a teacher at Mingxin Middle School in Quanzhou, Fujian, deputy factory director at Quanzhou Radio Factory No. 5, manager of Xiamen Huaxia Teaching Equipment Company, general manager of Dongquan Electronics Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Southern International Electronics Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, factory director of Huagang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong, deputy general manager of Xingu Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of Dalian Lumei Chip Technology Co., Ltd., chairman of Shanghai Mansray Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., general manager of Dalian Jiujou Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., managing director of Dalian Jiujou Optoelectronics Manufacturing Co., Ltd., senior consultant of Henan Yifeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd., independent director of Shanxi Guangyu Semiconductor Lighting Co., Ltd., and consultant of Chaoping San Technology Co., Ltd.
