The relevant related directors abstained from voting during the board review. In 2026, the Company's related procurement includes: receiving logistics services provided by the controlling shareholder Guangwei Group and its subsidiaries (including but not limited to employee dining in the cafeteria, renting employee dormitories and family buildings), purchasing labor protection supplies, paint products, and leasing office space at 18 Suzhou Street, Haidian District, Beijing from related party Chen Yeru. The estimated amount for the above related procurement is not expected to exceed 13.37 million yuan.
In 2026, the Company's related sales include: providing water, electricity, and gas to a workshop of a subsidiary of Guangwei Group that cannot establish dedicated pipelines due to business scale; the Company's testing center providing necessary testing services to Guangwei Group and its subsidiaries; selling carbon fiber and composite materials related products to Guangwei Group and its subsidiaries; and selling carbon fiber to Kotec (Shandong). The estimated amount for the above related sales is not expected to exceed 15.50 million yuan.
