(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Progress of Second Judicial Auction of Part of Shareholder's Shares" (Announcement No.: 2026-043) on the CNINFO website (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on June 18, 2026. Recently, the Company received a letter from shareholder Mr. Yan Nan and learned through the Taobao judicial auction online platform that the People's Court of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, will conduct a second public online judicial auction of 600,000 shares held by Mr. Yan Nan on the Taobao judicial auction online platform from 10:00 on July 6, 2026, to 10:00 on July 7, 2026.
