(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on the Judicial Auction of Part of Shareholder's Shares" (Announcement No.: 2026-037) on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on May 15, 2026. Recently, the Company received notification from shareholder Mr. Yan Nan and, through inquiries on the Taobao judicial auction online platform, learned that the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Zhejiang Province conducted a public online judicial auction of 2,400,000 shares held by Mr. Yan Nan, divided into four batches of 600,000 shares each, from 10:00 on June 15, 2026, to 10:00 on June 16, 2026.
